The SCRA Scorecard

Every issuer says it processes SCRA requests in "about two billing cycles." Nobody checks. This form is how we check. Tell us how your request actually went, and we will publish the per-issuer numbers (median days to apply, denial reports, retroactivity) once enough servicemembers have reported to say something honest.

Privacy: no account numbers, no SSN, no orders. Every question about you is optional. We publish aggregates only, never individual reports.
