Pay for the first half of March; moved up from the 15th because that date is a weekend or federal holiday.
In March 2026 the 1st is a Sunday and the 15th is a Sunday. No federal holiday falls in this month, so business-day counts run straight through weekdays. Monday the 2nd comes 10 business days after the previous payday; Friday the 13th comes 9 business days after the previous payday.
