What servicemembers report to the CFPB, company by company

229,923 complaints tagged servicemember across 349 companies, 2023 to 2025. Directory-wide, 2% closed with money back and 99% were answered within 15 days. Open a company for its products, issues, yearly trend, the narratives the CFPB publishes, and the SCRA steps that fit.

Method

Counts are the CFPB's own, for complaints with the "Servicemember" tag received between 2023-01-01 and 2025-12-31, read 2026-10-28. The CFPB defines the tag as: "Complaints submitted by or on behalf of a servicemember or the spouse or dependent of a servicemember are tagged, 'Servicemember.' Servicemember includes anyone who is active duty, National Guard, or Reservist, as well as anyone who previously served and is a Veteran or retiree." Company names are the CFPB's; subsidiaries filed under a parent are counted with the parent. Every company with at least 25 tagged complaints in the window is listed (349 of 2,408 with any). Percentages appear only at 100 complaints or more. Sub-product and sub-issue detail comes from the CFPB's bulk file, whose tag filter runs wider than the API's, so those shares are shown against the file's count. A complaint is not a finding of wrongdoing. A CFPB complaint does not decide an SCRA claim: for a rate above 6% on pre-service debt send the written request under 50 U.S.C. § 3937 first; for repossession, foreclosure or a default judgment the Department of Justice takes SCRA complaints directly, and 50 U.S.C. § 4042 gives a private right of action.
